Five documents, one template. Every one starts with a plain-English summary before the numbered clauses.
The specific rules of an offer: who qualifies, the limits, the timing, and what happens when a campaign runs out of money. Shown on the offer page as well as here.
One rebate per qualifying purchase, up to the household limit shown on the offer page. The purchase must fall inside the campaign dates and be made at a retailer in the stated region.
Campaigns are capped at a set number of rebates. When the cap is reached the offer page says so immediately and no new claims are accepted — but a rebate already reserved for you is always paid.
Checking is usually under a minute and always under 24 hours. Payment follows approval, usually instantly and always within 48 hours.
A rebate is declined when the receipt doesn't show the qualifying product, falls outside the campaign dates or region, or repeats a household's limit. The offer page and the decline message both say which one applied.
Ask us to look again from the same text thread, with a clearer photo if that was the issue. A person reviews it, usually within the day.
Rebates are a price reduction on a purchase you made, not income, and we do not issue tax forms for them. Keep your own receipt if your accountant wants proof.
