Five documents, one template. Every one starts with a plain-English summary before the numbered clauses.
What you agree to when you claim an offer. Written to be read on a phone in a supermarket aisle: short sentences, no defined terms, nothing below 16px.
The brand named on the offer page funds the rebate and sets the rules — the amount, the qualifying product, the end date and any household limit. We run the process and pay you on their behalf.
Send a photo showing the store, the date and the product. One receipt, one rebate. If we cannot read it or it does not match, we tell you exactly why and you can ask us to look again.
Approved rebates are paid by PayPal or Venmo, usually within 48 hours. We never ask for your bank details or card number, and we never charge you anything.
Most offers cap how many times one household can redeem. We check the store, date, item and payment details on every receipt, and we look twice at anything unusual. We never call you a name for it — if something looks off, we ask.
If we say no, we tell you the specific reason. Reply to that message with a clearer photo or a note, and a person reviews it again, usually the same day.
You can stop taking part at any time. Reply STOP to any text or ask through the shopper support door, and we delete your profile within 24 hours unless a brand needs the record for a rebate already in progress.
