Five documents, one template. Every one starts with a plain-English summary before the numbered clauses.
This covers what we collect when a brand uses Proofline and when a shopper takes part in a campaign. Shopper data belongs to the brand that funded the offer; we process it for them.
From shoppers: the phone number you give us, the consent record, the receipt photo and what we read from it, the store and time of purchase, and any review you choose to leave. We do not ask for your name, address or date of birth.
To check that a purchase happened, pay your rebate, and give the funding brand a record of the sale. Marketing messages are sent only where you agreed, and only by the brand you agreed to hear from.
You can see, download or delete your record at any time from the preference centre, wherever you live. Deletion reaches the brand's own export within 24 hours.
The brand funding your offer, our payments processor to send your rebate, and the tools we use to check receipts and stop fraud. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with data brokers or other brands without your say-so.
We keep a campaign's records for as long as the brand needs them for accounting and fraud review, then delete or anonymise them. Ask the preference centre for the exact date on any record.
Questions about this policy or a request about your data go to privacy@proofline.com, or through the shopper support door on our contact page. We reply within four hours during business hours.
